POLICIES
Preparation
• Clients must arrive with clean and detangled hair, free of products other than leave-in-conditioner. Hair should be washed within 24hrs before the appointment. Clients who arrive with unclean or overly tangled hair result in loss of deposit and subject to rescheduling.
• Clients with 3a-4c hair who desire a sleek style are suggested to arrive in dry + stretched state. stylist will confirm prep instructions during consultation call or via text Upon confirming appt details, if assistance is needed to complete stretch method at beginning of appointment ($20) Expect additional 30min - 1hr depending on hair type.
• Braiding hair and bundles colors 1B and 2 will be provided upon booking starting April 20th. Today, we can provide a recommended synthetic/human hair list after booking confirmation is sent.
• All services provided are natural hair care and protective styling only. No chemical, heat-based, cutting, or cosmetology-regulated services are performed. Clients must arrive with clean, dry, and detangled hair. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or rescheduling.
Retainer & Cancellation
• appointments must be booked at least 3 days in advance. Same-day/ last-min bookings not available.
• a deposit is required to book an appointment ($20 adults/$10 kids). Deposit included in service total.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48hrs in advance. Late cancellations or reschedules result in loss of the deposit.
• No-shows are required to pay in full prior to rebooking. A 15min grace period is given. After grace period ends, a $20 late fee applies. If over 30min late, the appointment may be canceled w/o refund.
Mobile Service
• In-home services from San Diego County to Moreno Valley may be offered if schedule permits [additional $1 per mile].
• Clients who desire a mobil stylist for modeling gigs including fashion shows/ photoshoots are required to pay in full prior to show/shoot day.
• Clients who own pets may be required to keep pets in different room during appointment. Lead stylist is allergic to cats, therefore, failure to send notice of pets before booking mobil service result in cancellation, loss of the deposit and required to pay in full prior to rebooking.
Health & Safety
• Clients who are sick or showing symptoms should reschedule.
• Clients with noticeable scalp conditions should consult with doctor prior to booking appointment.
